For agencies, XSEDES is a technical partner that makes a concept work and never competes for the client. The agency keeps the client relationship, the creative credit and the lead. XSEDES supplies the engineering, fabrication, integration and operation that turn the agency's idea into an experience that runs for its whole length.
What we take on
We take on everything between the agency’s concept and a working experience: engineering, fabrication, integration, commissioning and operation, with the technology and environments inside it. We do not take on the agency’s role: the agency leads the client, the creative and the programme. We make the concept work, and we run what we have built for the whole of its run.
How we work with you
XSEDES is partner-first. We work to the agency’s brief through seven stages: discover, design, engineer, fabricate, integrate, commission and operate. One team stays throughout, so the agency has a single point of contact for everything technical. We join client meetings when the agency asks us to, and we do not speak to the client without the agency. The agency sees the work running in place before the client does.
What stays yours
The client relationship stays with the agency, and so does the creative credit. The concept stays with its author, and the intellectual property position is set out in the agreement. We do not pitch to the client, contact them separately or present the work as ours. The documentation we produce is handed to the agency, so it can show the client how the experience works and who looks after it.

For brands, XSEDES takes an idea from concept to a working experience, with one accountable partner across design, engineering, fabrication, integration and operation. The brand's idea stays intact through production, and the experience is run by people who answer for it. There is one team to call when something needs to change.

For venues, XSEDES designs, builds and operates technology and environments that are made to run every day, not just on opening night. Maintenance, monitoring and training are planned from the start. The people who look after the experience are named, so the venue always knows who to call.

Longevity, safety, documentation and procurement clarity.
For institutions, XSEDES delivers experiences built to last, with safety and documentation treated as part of the work. Specifications, drawings and maintenance records are complete and clear, which supports procurement and long-term care. The institution knows what it is buying, what it must look after and who is responsible for each part.
Will XSEDES approach my client directly?
No. XSEDES is partner-first and never competes for an agency's client. We do not pitch to the client, approach them behind the agency or take the relationship. If a client contacts us directly about work the agency leads, we bring the agency in first.
Does XSEDES do the creative as well?
The agency leads the creative. XSEDES works to the agency's concept and makes it buildable, reliable and operable. Where an agency wants design or strategy support inside its own team, X-STUDIO and X-CONSULT can work under the agency's direction and credit, without presenting anything to the client in their own name.
When should an agency bring XSEDES in?
As early as the concept allows. Early involvement lets engineering shape the idea before the client has been promised something that cannot be built or run. XSEDES can also pick up a concept already sold and make it work, so a late start is possible, though it leaves fewer options.
