Each package includes trained XSEDES crew for the booked hours, setup and teardown, a custom overlay or template, digital delivery and a gallery where the product supports them, and a post-event report. Every package is quoted on request.

What is X-CAPTURE?
X-CAPTURE is the XSEDES product family for photo and video booths. XSEDES designs, sets up and operates capture experiences that give every guest a portrait, a print or a clip, and give the client the content and the event data. It is part of XSEDES, built by its X-LAB division, not a separate company.
What is an AI photo booth?
An AI photo booth photographs a guest and uses a generative AI model to turn the picture into a portrait in a chosen style, usually one designed for the event. The guest collects it by scanning a QR code, and it can be printed. The X-CAPTURE AI Portrait Booth averaged about 15 seconds per portrait at TEDxKMCT 2026.
How much does a photo booth cost in Kerala?
X-CAPTURE quotes each event, because the price depends on the products, the hours, the venue and city, the number of guests, the crew, prints and how much is designed for the event. Send the date, venue, expected guests and the products you are interested in, and we reply with a written quote.
How do guests get their photos?
Each guest scans a QR code on the booth screen to download their photo or portrait. Instant prints can be added to selected booths. After the event the client receives a gallery and a report of sessions, outputs and the busiest hours, so the content and the numbers stay with the client.
Does an AI photo booth need internet?
Yes. The AI portrait is generated online, so the AI Portrait Booth needs a stable internet connection at the venue, and so does instant sharing. We check the venue’s network while planning and agree how the connection will be provided before the event, so it is not left to chance on the day.
Can the booth carry our branding?
Yes. XSEDES designs the overlays, print templates, guest screens and AI styles for each event, and the booth itself can be branded. At TEDxKMCT 2026 the AI Portrait Booth used one style made for the event. Tell us what the guest should take home and we design around it.
What do you need from the venue?
Floor space for the booth, a single-phase power point close to it, internet where the product needs it, and time to set up before guests arrive. The exact space and setup time depend on the product and are confirmed with the quote, after we know the venue.
Where does X-CAPTURE operate?
XSEDES has offices in Kannur and Kochi, and the first X-CAPTURE deployment was at TEDxKMCT on the KMCT campus in Calicut (Kozhikode). We work across Kerala, and events further away are quoted with travel included. Send the venue and the dates and we confirm what is possible.
How do I book X-CAPTURE?
Send a brief from the contact page with the date, hours, venue and city, expected guests and the products you want. A person at XSEDES reads it and replies by email with questions or a quote. The more you tell us about the guests and the space, the more precise the quote.
