Immersive Experiences

Seven immersive attractions that turn a mall atrium, a garden, a hall, a festival ground or a heritage godown into a destination. X-IMMERSIVE designs them, XSEDES builds and operates them, and every one is modular so it can open at one venue and move to the next.

Said plainly

Concepts, not finished products

These seven attractions are designed and planned but not yet built. No prices are set: partnership terms are agreed for each venue after a site survey and costing. Every visual on these pages is an AI concept illustration, and capacities are planning figures, not forecasts.

X-IMMERSIVE designs the experiences; XSEDES engineers, fabricates, installs and operates them with one team. From concept to operation

Questions

Questions about Immersive Experiences.

Are these experiences available to book?

Not yet. All seven are concepts in development at XSEDES: they have been designed and planned, but none has been built. We are looking for venue, festival, tourism and sponsor partners to develop and open the first ones, and we share the technical and partnership details in a meeting.

What kind of venue can host one?

It depends on the experience. The compact studio needs about 36 m², the touring attractions 160–225 m² of level floor, the winter experience 352–1,380 m² with at least 6 m of clear height, the night garden 1,500 m² or more of outdoor space, and the heritage art hall a 40 × 16 m godown with a 7 m ridge. A site visit confirms what a venue can carry.

How would a partnership work?

Each experience suits different models: a venue rental or licence, a share of ticket revenue, a fixed production fee, a sponsor-funded attraction, a seasonal partnership or a festival agreement. Terms are agreed for each venue after a site survey and costing. No prices are set yet.

Who designs, builds and runs them?

XSEDES. The X-IMMERSIVE division designs the experiences, other XSEDES divisions engineer and fabricate them, and an XSEDES team installs and operates them on site, with safety plans, daily checks and reporting agreed with the venue.

Can an experience travel between venues?

Mostly, yes. Every concept is modular. The touring attractions pack into one truck and build in three to five days without fixings into the venue, and the larger formats are re-planned from the same kit for each site. The heritage art hall is made for one godown, but its chapters can be re-cut for the touring walk-through.
