X-INTELLIGENCE

Experience data and intelligence

Concept · AI
In one paragraph

X-INTELLIGENCE is the XSEDES division for experience data and intelligence. It captures data across the run of an experience and turns it into findings the client can use: what people did, what worked and what to change. The findings feed the next brief, so each experience is better informed than the last.

Data captured across the run and turned into what the next experience does better.

What does X-INTELLIGENCE do?

X-INTELLIGENCE makes the run measurable. It agrees what to measure with the client and sets up the capture alongside the experience. It then reports what the data shows, during the run and at its end. The point is practical: what people did, which parts worked, where the systems struggled and what the next version should change.

How does it work with the other divisions?

X-INTELLIGENCE begins in discovery, working with X-CONSULT to turn objectives into measures. It takes data from the systems built by X-CONNECT, X-PLAY and X-AI, and from the operating team’s own logs. Its reports go back to X-CONSULT and X-STUDIO, which closes the loop between one experience and the next. Operation is where the evidence appears, so the plan is made at the start.

What do you receive?

Reports written to support decisions. You receive the measurement plan, the data captured under the agreed terms, a review of performance against the objectives and a short list of recommended changes. Where the client wants to follow the figures during the run, a live view can show the same data. The privacy terms are recorded alongside, so the client can show how the data was handled.

All questions
What kind of data does X-INTELLIGENCE use?

Data the experience already produces: interactions, dwell time, flow through the space, system performance and, where agreed, feedback from visitors. X-INTELLIGENCE plans what to measure before the build, so the data is captured by design and not pieced together afterwards. Nothing is collected that has not been agreed.

How does the data improve the next experience?

Findings are written as decisions: keep this, change that, test the other. X-INTELLIGENCE reports what visitors did against the objectives set in discovery, and how the systems performed. That report goes back to X-CONSULT and X-STUDIO, so the next brief starts from evidence instead of assumption.

How is visitor privacy protected?

Privacy terms are agreed before capture begins. X-INTELLIGENCE collects only what the objectives require and states how it is stored and for how long. It avoids identifying individuals unless the client and the visitor have agreed to it. The terms are documented, so the client can explain them if asked.
